Let's CAN Trish Adams!

Westminster Schools have begun a FOOD DRIVE.

We will be collecting non-perishable food items from now through November 18th.

To make the food drive a little bit exciting for our children, we have set a goal of collecting enough items to be able to block Trish’s view through the office window.

Our goal is to CAN Trish, but we are looking for any sort of non-perishable food items, not just canned goods.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call (722-3241) or email  joseph.smith@wnesu.com

Thank you for your continued support of our school community and in our efforts to help our local families.

Middle School Awareness Documents

6th grade students and parents can view each of the documents that I am using during my visits to the classroom in preparation for the evening program.

Middle School Awareness Program

6th grade students and parents are invited to attend our annual Middle School Awareness Program on Thursday evening, November 17th from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.

As you are likely aware, Westminster parents have the option to send their seventh and eighth grade students to one of the many middle schools in the area.  The middle school tuition – up to the state determined tuition rate – is paid by the Westminster Town School District.

On Thursday, November 17th, we will be hosting a “Middle School Awareness Night”.  This evening is designed to provide you an opportunity to learn more about the various options that are available for middle school.

We have invited area middle schools to set up an information table and to provide a representative to answer questions about their school.  Each middle school will provide handouts that explain their school’s guidelines, application process and timeline.

We hope that you will be able to join us to gather information, ask questions and to begin to consider which schools might be a good match for your current sixth grade student.

Westminster Middle School students are able to apply to a variety of different middle schools provided there is no religious affiliation.
